  • ‘… I highly recommend St Cecilia's Care Home. The care is so person-centred and the staff truly care and embody all the values that the organisation promotes - safety, care and putting the person at the heart of everything they do. They have taken, and continue to take, such care and concern for our family member, getting to know her as an individual and understanding her dementia needs, what will make her happy and what could agitate her more. They treat all residents with the care and dignity they deserve!’

    Caroline M

  • ‘Staff are always friendly, bubbly and helpful. The staff have brilliant relationships with my friend, who is living at the home, as well as with others, which is evident each time I visit. … I have only good things to say about Saint Cecilia's and the happiness they bring to people's lives.’

    Christine C.

Nothing is a problem. I was delighted on my first visit to him to see him looking so well, happy, and putting on weight. He has settled so well and praises all the staff and loves the food. He is provided with anything he needs night and day. They keep us informed about everything. They go above and beyond their duty.’

    Richard W

  • ‘My grandmother spent many happy years at Alba Rose. Her health and well-being really improved during her time in the home. It was always very clear when we visited how tremendously caring the staff were towards grandma and the other residents. I always felt the home had a lovely family atmosphere. Grandma loved her room and the views out of the window across fields. A big thank-you to all the staff at Alba Rose for making such a difference to my grandma.’

    Hollie L.

  • ‘The first thing that hits you when you walk into Jubilee House Care Home is the warm, inviting and happy atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble and the level of care that staff show their residents is heartwarming. My father tells me that the staff are kind and attend to all his needs, no matter how trivial, with a smile.

‘He enjoys the food (thanks chef) and, with gentle encouragement and support, he has been able to take a short walk outside. The nursing team are attentive and thorough and healthcare assistants are cheerful and supportive. Housekeeping staff keep rooms and public areas clean and welcoming. Communication with relatives is very good which is so important. Thank you to the management and team.’
